Frequently Asked Questions

Rental Car Damage Insurance (CDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI), and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) policies are valid on per 24 hour basis.

Coverage is based on 24-hour increments. For example, three (3) days of coverage purchased for July 1 at 10 AM means coverage ends on July 4 at 10 AM. Returns after 10 AM on July 4 would incur an extra day of insurance. (all times local).

Coverage is limited to trips up to a maximum of 30 days.

Insurance coverage must be purchased before the rental period begins. The rental period is defined as starting at the reservation date and time. Coverage must be purchased prior to the reservation date and time. If the vehicle pick-up is delayed until after the date and time of reservation, the delay does not change the start time of the coverage. If the vehicle is picked up or driven prior to the reservation date and time coverage is null and void.
