On average, it takes 3-5 weeks to complete the claims process, depending on the severity of the claim. To help us serve you better, please review the following information carefully.

Claims Process
Gather Required Documents
Before initiating your claim, please collect the necessary documentation.

  • Description of Claim/Accident/Incident (REQUIRED).
  • Photos of the Scene and Vehicle at the Time of the Claim/Accident/Incident (REQUIRED).
  • Signed Copy of Rental Agreement/Contract (REQUIRED).
  • Damage Estimates for Injury to Persons or Damage to Property (can be submitted with the initial claim or later).
  • Copy of Policy Report (REQUIRED).
  • Copy of Current Auto Insurance Policy (if applicable).
  • Copy of Credit Card Agreement used for Rental (if applicable).
  • Other Relevant Accident Information (if applicable).
Submit Your Claim
Use our online form to submit your claim. This user-friendly form will guide you through all required information, including incident details, supporting documentation, and your contact information. You may start a claim, save, and submit the claim later. Please only submit one claim form per accident.
Claim Review
Within 24 hours of submitting your claim, you will receive an email submission confirmation, and our Claims Team will begin the claim review process.
Important Information
You have up to 30 days from the incident date to file a claim in most instances.

Claims can be filed by Bonzah insurance purchasers or individuals involved in an accident with a Bonzah insurance purchaser (or their agent).
