When renting a vehicle, please verify that the vehicle you are renting is covered by Bonzah.com insurance policies and is not a restricted vehicle type. Insurance is crucial to protecting you and others while on your journey. We want to ensure that you have “That Covered Feeling” by renting a Bonzah.com insurance compatible vehicle.
Included Vehicles
Rentals that are generally protected by our policies:
- Bonzah.com coverage is generally limited to private passenger vehicles, that seat eight (8) people or fewer,
- Standard Rental Car Classes, such as Economy, Compact, Intermediate/Mid-size, Standard, Full-size, Premium, and most Luxury,
- Pickups and SUVS,
- Minivans and Full-Size Passenger Vans (that seat eight (8) people or fewer),
- Specialty vehicles, such as convertibles, hybrids, and most EVs.
Bonzah.com's coverage has specific limitations and exclusions of which that renters should be aware. If a vehicle restriction (below) appears to conflict with the information under “Included Vehicles” (above), the more restrictive vehicle provision shall prevail.
Vehicle Restrictions
Bonzah.com does not provide coverage for:
- High-performance sports vehicles (including Corvettes, all Porsche models regardless of value),
- Ultra luxury vehicles
- Supercars, exotic cars, and hypercars.
- Vintage, classic, street cars, or any car greater than 15 years old,
- Commercial vehicles,
- Any vehicle with an actual cash value or market value greater than $100,000.
Restricted Brands and Models
Restricted vehicle makes and models include, but are not limited to: Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Auburn, Avanti, Bentley, Bertone, BMC/Leyland, BMW, Bradley, Bricklin, Bugatti, Clenet, Corvette, Cosworth, De Lorean, Excalibre, Ferrari, Iso, Jaguar, Jensen Healy, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Lancia, Lotus, Maserati, Maybach, McLaren, Mercedes G-Wagon, Mercedes S-Class, MG, Morgan, Pagani, Pantera, Panther, Pininfarina, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Rover, Stutz, Sterling, Triumph, and TVR.
Other Excluded Vehicles
Other vehicles not covered include:
- Delivery trucks,
- Can-ams and slingshots,
- Motorcycles, scooters, quadbikes, and mopeds,
- Street legal golf carts,
- Commercial trucks and vehicles used for commercial purposes, such as moving trucks, commercial delivery vans, courier trucks, trailer trucks, dump trucks, garbage trucks, carriers, refrigerator trucks, and tractor trailers,
- Vehicles used for transportation networks, such as rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, delivery services like UberEats or GrubHub,
- Vehicles requiring a special license, such as those exceeding standard passenger limits or cargo capacity,
- Heavy equipment and construction rentals.
